MISS GLOOMY'S TERMS OF SERVICE!!❤Remember, these are the "terms of service" meaning you agree to these terms if you are commissioning me/ working with me!❤MOST IMPORTANT RULES!!!- PLEASE DO NOT PURPOSELY MISSPELL WORDS TO BE CUTE! This rule may seem silly but I can't read it well and I prefer to warn people upfront rather than me constantly asking "what do you mean?". I won't get angry if you're making a mistake but if you're doing it on purpose I'm less likely to interact with you.- I have the right to refuse a commission!- HOLDS LAST UP TO 2 DAYS! I will not hold an adopt or commission slot for any longer due to constant ghosting!- (specifically for adopts/designs) - I will not accept characters as trades. I put this in every profile! I also only take art from friends/mutuals! but it is very rare!- All commissions must be placed by people who are 18+ or with a parent's permission! (I check profiles)- If you are looking for NSFW commission examples I can grant you access to my main TH to see NSFW or send you my 18+ Bluesky (I don't use Twitter anymore)- If you are commissioning a piece for a character that doesn't have a full body to reference and/or color pick then I will be limited to what I'm willing to draw for that character without extra designing fees. For example, if your character only has a headshot, I'm only willing to draw a headshot of that character without extra fees for designing.- THE DESIGN FEES SECTION IS IN "PRICING"!- For commission revisions; I send over a WIP at the sketch, lineart and then final color (even if shaded as I color everything on one layer usually), you are welcome up to 4 free revisions per phase! After that there will be a fee of +$5 at the end for 3 extra revisions. This rule is negated if it is a fully lineless painted commission (DM for info) as that type of commission is an hourly rate.❤PAYMENTS!!!- I take Cashapp and PayPal currently! I also take DA points however with DA points I use a thing called a "widget" where I can't make odd numbers. For example if you wanted to do a mix payment. I wouldn't be able to take $5 + 21 DA points because the points are uneven and I can't put that number into the system!- $1 = 100 DA points!- Payments must be sent in full upfront for both character designs and commission! I do not do payment plans.- If payment is not sent within 48 hours your slot will be lost and reopened for others to grab! If the payment is not sent within 48 hours and no reason has been given, I will put the character back for sale!❤RIGHTS TO COMMISSIONS!!!- When ordering a base commission from me you get what is called "base rights" where you get the ability to use it in noncommercial ways such as posting the piece to your toyhouse, share with your friends, and reference off of for future commissions. You do not get the right to profit off the piece or publishers rights- You may in the future gain publishing or commercial rights but you'll have to sign a contract and discuss payments with me.❤RIGHTS FOR DESIGNS MADE BY ME!!!- Once I have sent over the character design they are yours to do anything you please! This includes commercial use (Such as Print designs, T-shirts, and all that jazz. But it has to be your art! You own the copyright to the character design, not the art I made! ), Comics, Animations, Redesign, Anything you’d like!- You can sell the character! If they’re on Toyhouse I’d prefer if they stayed on TH but it isn’t required (I just like to snoop)❤OTHER!!!- I don't give refunds unless I mess up. For example, if I accidentally sell you a design that has already been sold then I will give you your money back. If the mistake is on your end like if you decide you no longer want the design, I will not give a refund.- Deleting comments to back out of a deal without texting me will result in a blacklist/block. For an example if you offer to buy a character and instead of editing the comment or talking with me just saying "Hey, I've changed my mind" and you delete the comment instead and ignore me when I message you to see if there was an error, then I will block your account. I take it as disrespectful since I am human, just like you. PRICES!

Regular commission prices are on the picture above!- Reference sheets are $75 and come with 2 full bodies (can be nude and one outfit or two outfits! ) They will be copied and pasted and then drawn over for more outfits!- For reference sheets and normal commissions! I will add extra stuff on the side for $5 each! (Ex. You wanted two different weapons, which would be $5 per weapon)- For extra characters, it's just the same price as normal commissions added on. (Ex: you wanted two characters in one painting as full bodies, it'd be the price of two full bodies)- Custom Characters are $55 and come with one full body!
(You can get more outfits! $10 per outfit! This goes for normal references too! Not just customs! )- NSFW work commissions have a fee of +$15 on top of the normal commission price!- For big drawings, very detailed backgrounds are an extra $5 (like shelves with a bunch of stuff on it)- Design Fees! If you were wanting me to redesign big chunks of your pre-existing character for a commission, I am willing to do that. However, depending on the size of the changes, I may have to add a "designing fee" as it takes me much longer than normal to do your commission.
The fee varies depending on the changes you want, for example. If you wanted me to just put small wings on the character and you have the exact reference on hand, there won't be a fee. If you want a complete redesign of your character into a new species, then the design fee will be much higher!
My prices range from $5 to $40, depending on the changes requested! And my design ownership clause follows through with my design changes, so I'll never ever come up to you telling you that you owe me money for making a comic or merch using the redesign I made!
